TerraLogos conducted an evaluation of an existing industrial site in Northwest Baltimore to determine the feasibility of adapted reuse. Our most sustainable solution conceptualizes a new facility with appropriate stormwater management and energy efficient measures, creating a state of the art green automobile service center. This concept demonstrates the integration of green building technologies within an industrial facility while meeting circulation criteria for the 20 service bay facility with parts storage, administration offices, and a light-filled customer waiting area.
