This project is an early example of TerraLogos LEED® Coordination services for the Silver LEED® NC rated project – a new library/community center for Anne Arundel County. The firm worked as Consultant to The Lukemire Partnership of Arlington,VA on the 40,000 square foot, two-story facility. The library provides space for 124 people with a children’s area, computer workroom, quiet rooms, and reserved study spaces. The facility also features a partial “green” roof, a floating staircase, and floor-to-ceiling picture windows to provide natural day-lighting into the stack area.
