Banner Neighborhoods New Community Center finally underway!
After more than two long years of planning and fundraising, the Banner Neighborhoods project at 2911 Pulaski Highway started construction on August 26, 2015! Congratulations to the team of Banner Neighborhoods, Harbor Builders and Kathleen Lechleiter, Architect, taking over the Construction Administration of the project in Kim's absence. The project features a new entrance and "front porch" for the neighborhood, new offices for Banner staff and interns, and a new activity space for club and youth programs. The project anticipates a March/April 2016 completion date and move in to a fully renovated space.

Emerging Partnership Complete
TerraLogos announced last summer that we formed a partnership with Peter Doo, Principal of Doo Consulting, LLC. That partnership is complete with Doo Consulting assisting TerraLogos over the past year on the successful completion of three LEED projects. Doo Consulting has also taken over two TerraLogos LEED Coordination projects: the new Youth Detention Center in Baltimore, MD and the new Catonsville Courthouse under design and located in Catonsville, MD.
TerraLogos will no longer be offering LEED or Baltimore City Green Building Standards management and/or consulting services in the Mid-Atlantic region. Please contact Doo Consulting, with offices in Bethesda and Towson, MD, should you need assistance for the above mentioned projects or for teaming on additional LEED or other green building rated projects.
Goodbye to TerraLogos architectural intern 2013- 2015
For the past 2 years, TerraLogos has been pleased to work with Caroline Schroeder as our intern and all around assistant while she continued to work toward her Masters in Architecture from Morgan State University. Caroline contributed to many projects in addition to serving as an office assistant including the Banner Neighborhood project, LEED Consulting and several architectural renovations. We wish her all the best as she works to complete her degree and become a full fledged member of the profession.
